MARINOS KOSMAS

Pastry Chef Kosmas Marinos is known for his passion and perfectionism in developing his art in pastry, which he has been serving with such love for years.

He has worked successfully as a teacher at IEKs and in large and notable restaurants, such as Novikov in London, Nobu in Athens, while now he impresses with his sweet creations in Dubai, where he spoke to us about his experiences and the new trends in pastry.

In the workshop, croissants and handmade breads are prepared daily, with favorite classic flavors as well as modern, international flavors from China, the Middle East and South America. An authentic multi-ethnic mix of smells, tastes and aromas.

An important part of the Marinos Kosmas Pastry & Bakery workshop is for people with special dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free).

Adopting a healthier and cleaner approach to people’s habits and lifestyles, pastry chef Marinos Kosmas and his team are outdoing themselves when it comes to taste performance.
